These patented lifts provide the ultimate solution for problems associated with:

  • Work Stations on Assembly Lines
  • Back Injuries
  • Back Strain

  • Improper Working Height
  • Over-reach Injuries
  • Lack of Wheel Chair Ramp

Following are the General specifications for ErgoLifts:

Please Note that these general specifications do not apply to the electric portable lift.

  • Operates on one source of energy, compressed air.
  • If the compressed air supply is lost, the platform will remain in the last position until the compressed air supply is resumed and the control is activated.
  • Safety mesh, where applicable is installed to eliminate pinch-points
  • Operation is with a patented hydro-pneumatic control and power circuit providing a "rock" solid platform eliminating "bounce."

  • All components are fabricated from solid steel bar or plate. No components are formed by bending. Combined components are welded together.
  • All moving parts are permanently lubricated, no maintenance is required.
  • Control towers containing the pneumatic circuitry and the hydro-pneumatic power supply are fabricated from 10ga. steel with a full length removable cover for servicing.

  • Fluid used is viscosity stable from -20 degrees F to 200 degrees F
  • Low consumption of air is required. Only 10 CFM is needed to move the platform from the full down to the full up position. Only a short burst of air is required to lower the platform.
  • Due to the unique design, infinite positioning is available.
  • Easily adaptable to existing or new work stations. The adjustable height platform can be configured to any shape.
